Annual Events
*Symondsbury School Summer Fair*
June / July - Symondsbury School
Symondsbury School Fair is held on a Saturday towards the end of June each year. Attractions normally include a raffle, cake stall, greasy pole, face painting, cream teas, tombola and more.
*Symondsbury Fete*
August - Sports field, Duck Street
Symondsbury Fete is held on a Sunday towards the end of August each year (normally Bank Holiday weekend). Includes car boot sale, sports events and fairground attractions. Supports charities.
*Symondsbury Apple Day*
October - Sports field and pavilion, Duck Street
Symondsbury Apple Day is celebrated on a weekend near to the 21st October
each year. The village sports pavilion becomes Apple Café, serving drinks and apple
cakes. There is always ample entertainment for children and stalls displaying local
products for sale.
The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of the plight of
England's orchards and celebrate their precious contribution to our culture and landscape.
*The New Forest & Hampshire County Show 2008*
The Showground, New Park, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7QH
The Show this year will be on 29th to 31st July at New Park, Brockenhurst.
If you or anyone you know wish to have a stand, book corporate hospitality or take part in any

schedules are out by April if you wish to enter any of the many competitions or classes.
